How convenient to equate the decline of print media towards a failing of the games company.Even the US postal servicehas been considering reducing daily deliveries to three times a week, due to the reduction of paper based media (and billing).The fact they survived this long in our digital age speaks volumes to their strengths.I remember that first issue, and the “Nintendo Fun Club” magazine before it turned into Nintendo Power. Heck, I used to call Captain N once a week for free tips. While I haven’t read the magazine for a few decades, still sad to see it go. It is due to the changing times, though…not a company failure.
